: this leaks as much as an bucket without a bottom. We really should rewrite the destructor to mop up.

: assumed to be outside of the threshold

gigantic BUG: parlist should never be copied - this is just a quick fix

Member MODEL::VFAmputation::VFAmputation(const VFAmputation &vfb)

parameters should be copied, too
